 Day-long training on ‘Winning a Job Interview’ on Saturday – 24 October 2009

Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM) will be organizing a day-long training on ‘Winning a Job Interview’ on Saturday – 24 October 2009.

The purpose of the 'Winning a Job Interview training' is to help the graduates and job seekers to find their dream jobs. The training picks up on the more advanced aspects of job search methods, to further develop the skills and confidence of graduates & job seekers in winning job interview situations. This intensive training will enable participants to identify the competencies that are essential to win a job interview.  This training is aimed at the university graduates to get into the job market, find their dream jobs and other job seekers to move on to new challenging jobs.  

Mr. Aftab ul Islam, President, American Chamber of Commerce, President, Bangladesh Centre for CSR and Chairman, SME Foundation has given his kind consent to attend the closing session at 16:30 p.m. and handover the certificates among the participants.



This powerful training will enable participants to identify the competencies that are essential to win a job interview.


 


Preparation for winning a job interview is an important part of starting your career or finding a better opportunity using the most modern methods, techniques, approaches and resources to present your application/cv and winning a job interview in the competitive job market during the global recession period. Participants will also be able to find the outfalls and overcome to win a job race.

·         Start to develop a performance culture

This training is mainly designed for the fresh Graduates but other interested people’s are also welcome to attend the training to further enhance their understanding/knowledge to find better opportunities in Bangladesh and abroad.
