On behalf of all members of the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM), I am pleased to welcome you in this website. The purpose of formation of BSHRM and this website is to propagate and develop the art and science of human resources management. Human resource is the top resource among money, method and machines that work together to uplift the industrial and economic scenario of any country; more so for a developing country like Bangladesh.

Human Resources are the fundamental resources for any organisation, as well as the country. People design and produce goods and services, control quality, market the products, allocate financial resources, and set overall strategy/goods for the organization Their management holds the key to development and success.

Bangladesh as a nation values the potential and dynamic capabilities of women. I believe there is no democratic country in the world today that has women both as Head of the Government and the head of opposition. Let us look forward to the day when leadership quality of women in polities and government extend to the arena of business, commerce and industry.

I hope that this newly formed Society dedicates itself with zeal and professional excellence to train and develop our future people managers, for proper management of people is the managing of the most important resource that a business, industry or the country can have.
